SafeHorns’ 9th Annual West Campus National Night Out
Our annual West Campus National Night Out is on Tue, Oct. 7, 6-8 PM. Like communities across the country, we’ll come together for a fun night of community, food, music, games, plus a chance to meet first responders who serve the UT community. Communities are safer when neighbors know each other! This is a free event for UT students.🤘
Students will learn about crime prevention and personal safety through our Passport to Safety game. Students can grab their “passport” at check-in, visit our safety partner tables to learn about each service/resource, collect stamps from each table, then turn in their passport for a chance to win prizes, such as two tickets to see Seventeen in President Jim Davis’ suite at Moody Center, a 10k white gold Kendra Scott boot necklace (valued at $500), $100 FP Movement gift card, Criquet men’s polos, Rhoback men’s polos, Yeti insulated tote, Kendra Scott jewelry, LoveShackFancy apparel and more.
We’ll also have photo opps with Hook ‘Em and Texas Cheer & Pom, free food, Prize Pong game (prizes instead of beer😉), and live tunes by indie rock artist (and UT student) Martin Leon, plus a special performance of Harrison Brown’s audition song, Cough Syrup, by a cappella group UT Ransom Notes.
