SafeHorns maintains this Habitual Offenders List to alert the UT Austin community to repeat offenders who pose an ongoing safety concern. These individuals, along with their mugshots, are included so you can recognize them, stay alert, and help protect yourself and others. For the first week after release, this file is password-protected and available only to SafeHorns email subscribers. If you see any of these individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal activity, call 911 immediately or report through the LiveSafe app. Your awareness can help keep our community safe.
