Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of SafeHorns are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is allowed. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on January 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on February 16, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter

Participants must subscribe to the SafeHorns newsletter using the link provided in the newsletter, accessible via the post on Instagram, Facebook, the private Facebook group, or on our website at safehorns.org. A Google form will collect the subscription entries. No purchase is necessary to participate.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter the giveaway without subscribing to the newsletter, participants may send an email with the subject line “SafeHorns Giveaway Entry” to info@safehorns.org or mail a handwritten postcard with their name, email address, and phone number to: 630 W 34th Street, Suite 302, Austin, TX 78705. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on February 16, 2025 to be eligible. Entries submitted via the AMOE will be treated equally, and participants will have the same chance of winning as those who enter by subscribing to the newsletter.

Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and notified via email by February 20, 2025. The winner will have until April 4, 2025 to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, SafeHorns reserves the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit the prize.

Prize Details

The prize includes:

One (1) $50 Mastercard gift card (valued at $50)
One (1) SafeHorns t-shirt (valued at $35)

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $85. The prize will be mailed to the winner’s address within the United States or made available for pickup in Austin, TX, as preferred. The Mastercard gift card is valid wherever Mastercard is accepted, subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer. The gift card may be subject to expiration or usage restrictions as specified by the issuer. SafeHorns is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards once delivered to the winner.

Liability Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless SafeHorns, its board members, officers, and affiliates from any liability or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Modifications
SafeHorns reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.
